Charged
— Frank Mullins, no age, of Irvine Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence (third offense).
Reports
— At 9:15 a.m. Sunday, employees of Save-A-Lot, 755 Ecton Road, reported that someone broke into an Ale-8-One machine during the night and took money.
— At 2 p.m. Friday, Allen E. Dummitt of 1128 Lafayette Blvd. reported that someone made unauthorized purchases in Tennessee using his debit card information.
— At 5 p.m. Sunday, Kim Cohoons of 1975 Clintonville Road reported that someone entered her home and took medication.
— At 2:46 a.m. Sunday, Elizabeth Hollon of Westside Drive reported that someone took her purse at the Value Stay hotel on Revilo Road. It contained cash, a cell phone, credit cards and her driver's license.
— At 7:38 p.m. Sunday, Dean Ballard of 746 Old Ruckerville Road reported that someone broke into his home and took a glass jar of pennies.
— At 8:30 a.m. Saturday, William Dunn of 800 Trapp Goff's Corner Road reported that a vehicle was on his property and struck his house.
— At 10:13 p.m. Wednesday, Melvina A. Moore of 333 Agawam Road reported that a known male took her cell phone.
Accidents
— At 4:22 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Mount Sterling Road in which Ashley M. Ross of Mount Sterling was traveling west when she lost control of her vehicle in a curve. Her vehicle left the road and struck a parked vehicle, owned by John Breeze of 6278 Irvine Road. She was aken to Clark Regional Medical Center by private vehicle with unspecified injuries.
— At 3:26 a.m. Saturday, deputies responded to a fatal accident on Cabin Creek Road in which 23-year-old Michael T. Smith of 3081 Mount Sterling Road left the roadway on his motorcycle, struck a tree and was ejected. Smith was pronounced dead at the scene.
