Prep Golf: Boyle girls finish third in Owen invitational

The Boyle County girls finished third out of 10 teams Wednesday in the Owen County Invitational on Wednesday at Perry Park.
Rachel Pingleton shot 76 to lead Boyle, which had a team score of 341 and finished behind Sacred Heart (295) and Shelby County (319).
Caroline McDonald shot 84 for Boyle, followed by Brianna Cornett at 89, Michaela Jarman at 92 and Samantha Stewart at 99.
