AUGUST 1 

12:47 a.m., caller from Proctor Street residence wants to speak to an officer due to a neighbor threatening to kill her.

1:01 a.m., officer out with one adult male and a juvenile male at Lexington Avenue and Jackson Street.

1:22 a.m., complaint of a reckless driver in a red pickup truck last seen heading down Chestnut Street; the driver was weaving all over the road and ran into some yards.

1:28 a.m., vehicle enforcement on South Second Street; arrest made.

3:08 a.m., request for an officer to check on the welfare of a female in apartment on J.E. Woods Drive who is being held against her will; the subject is sick and they won’t let her out of the residence to get help; 3:33 a.m., arrest made.

8:28 a.m., a case worker is attempting to contact Shakerpoint Drive resident; neighbors advised the officer that the subject had moved to Lincoln County this past weekend.

11:49 a.m., caller from Ashley Way residence is requesting to speak to an officer about a subject sneaking around her vehicle overnight; extra patrol requested.

2:02 p.m., employee at Eastern Kentucky University Danville campus is advising that a former student has an active no trespassing order for that location and has been calling all day saying he was on his way to the business.

2:26 p.m., caller from East Drive is receiving possible email scam attempts; assistance given.

3:41 p.m., employee at Letton Drive business has been physically assaulted by a patient who struck her in the back of the head with his fists.

3:45 p.m., complaint of a driver in a white car with its flashers on speeding into Danville on Lexington Road and running other vehicles off the road and almost causing head on collisions; 3:49 p.m., traffic stop at Cecilian Terrace with reckless driver.

4:21 p.m., a female with active warrants has just arrived at North Hill-N-Dale apartment; subject has two local warrants and three eWarrants; arrest made.

5:56 p.m., adult female shoplifter is in custody at Walmart; the subject also has active eWarrants from Clark and Garrard counties; arrest made.

7:13 p.m., caller at Wilderness Road residence advised she was threatened by her children’s father and is requesting to file an EPO; officer advised that female has now refused any assistance with an EPO.

7:59 p.m., a female is at Randolph Hill residence who has active warrants; consent search given; arrest made.

AUGUST 2

12:35 a.m., officer checking on two vehicles parked at Jackson Park; officer advised both vehicles were also told to leave Millenium Park earlier.

10:15 a.m., caller has found a suitcase with clothing in his front yard on High Street.

11:13 a.m., caller noticed an open door at a vacant residence on Fox Run Trail; assistance given.

1:35 p.m., property manager wants to meet with an officer about drug activity.

4:07 p.m., caller’s car has been struck by an unknown fleeing bicyclist on Proctor Street.

4:34 p.m., report of three adults involved in a verbal disturbance inside home on Hill-N-Dale Drive; they have threatened to hurt each other; assistance given.

4:39 p.m., a vehicle has hit a dog on West Lexington Avenue.

5:08 p.m., arrest made at Church and Main streets.

7:07 p.m., a nurse at the hospital has discovered marijuana on a patient.

10:13 p.m., report of a family with three children without water and electricity.

10:20 p.m., an elderly female is at the front desk at Walmart in reference to a lost purse on Onstott Drive.

10:26 p.m., a male with a small child was seen taking mail out of other people’s mailboxes and putting it into his backpack on Holladay Drive; unable to locate subject.
