Trease to speak at museum

The Bluegrass Heritage Museum Second Thursday Program will be Aug. 9 at 6:30 p.m.
The guest speaker will be Denny Trease.
All museum programs are free.

Public input sought on veterans parkway

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will host a public meeting to discuss alignment alternatives for the Veterans Memorial Parkway Extension Aug. 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. at George Rogers Clark High School.
