Reports
— At 8:08 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 161 E. Washington St. concerning the theft of a trailer during the night.
— At 10:27 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a gun from a residence.
— At 1:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Clark Regional Medical Center concerning a possible sexual assault.
— At 3:12 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1325 Dale Drive concerning the theft of a lawn mower.
— At 7:22 p.m Monday, officers were called to 245 Carolina Ave. concerning the theft of two wallets.
— At 8:13 p.m Monday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a Nintendo DS¿from 29 Buckner St. Apt. A.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Tony A. Nester, 34, of Mount Sterling, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (second offense), driving on a DUI-suspended operator's license and no insurance.
Reports
— At 1:56 p.m. Monday, Eric L. Sparks of 256 Cabin Creek Heights reported that someone entered his vehicle and took a handgun.
— At 2:59 P.M. Monday, Charles W. Guckin Sr. of 8475 Ecton Road reported that four checks were missing from his checkbook.
WINCHESTER¿FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, emergency personnel conducted six out-of-town transfers and responded to seven general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one assault, one motor vehicle accident and on obstetric case.
— At 7:29 a.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 108 Holly Ave. for a grill fire. A charcoal grill was sitting directly on a wooden deck and ignited the grill and rail. There was minimal damage. The property was owned by Mike Verner.
— At 6:21 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 27 W. Broadway for a Dumpster fire.
CLARK¿COUNTY¿FIRE
At 8:53 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 853 Trapp Goff’s Corner Road for a possible structure fire.
