— Emin F. Rapier, 51, of 856 Harkins Drive, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO.
— Monica D. Spicer, 30, of 23 Holly Ave., was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card.
Reports
— At 8:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of medication.
—¿At 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 144 Holly Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 4:56 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 45 S. Highland St. for an overdose.
— At 8:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 126 Jefferson St. after someone damaged the screen door and broke a window.

Accident
— At 10:32 a.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway. Witnesses said a vehicle, driven by Thelma J. Lewis of Clay City was traveling west when her car swerved left and struck the side of a bridge. The vehicle overturned several times and came to rest on its roof. Lewis was flown from the scene to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with unspecified injuries. It appeared the tread on the right rear tire on the vehicle had separated from the rest of the tire.
