From all indications, Clark County will have to build a new jail to carry it into the first quarter of the 21st century, but one that comes with a $2.3 million price tag. Jail consultant Jim Woodrum presented three options to the Clark County Fiscal Court at Wednesday morning’s meeting in the form of a detailed study of the county jail commissioned in June.
