— Amanda Rader, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Sept. 13.
— Hobert Buttery, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended three years, sentencing Sept. 13; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— James D. Carpenter, second-degree burglary, dismissed.
— Joshua Anthony Patrick, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; tampering with physical evidence, sentenced to one year concurrent; second-degree fleeing or evading police, sentenced to 90 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year concurrent.
— Jessica Velcoff, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, sentencing Sept. 13; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, sentencing Sept. 13.
