CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged
— Devin M. Holbrook, 24, of 605 Dixiana Drive was served a warrant Wednesday for fourth-degree assault.

Reports
— At 9:53 a.m. Aug. 31, Debrah V. Colley of 431 Jameson Way reported that someone obtained her debit card and made two withdrawals from her account.
— At 4 p.m. Wednesday, Charles King of 111 McCullough Lane reported that a known male took a welder from his garage and pawned it.

WINCHESTER¿POLICE

Charged
— Nancy G. Spencer, 50, of 42 Wainscott Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with first-degree robbery, first-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment.

Reports
— At 3:03 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported that her purse was stolen either at a residence on Hill Street or at her home, 16 Goldie Ave.
— At 7:08 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report of theft of a wallet or cell phone.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision at 3000 Lexington Avenue.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel conducted three local transfers and four out-of-town transfers. They also responded to three general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one motor vehicle accident, one assault, one stroke, one engine assist and four seizures.
