• David R. Gilbert, 18, 212 S. York St., was arrested Aug. 28 at Lake Street, Lake Mingo Park, and charged with trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, and buy/possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Zachary White, 18, 114 Lincoln Heights, was arrested Aug. 28 at Imperial Way and Bret Lane and charged with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal mischief.

• Justin Watts, 30, 115A Ash Court, was arrested Aug. 30 at South Main Street and Hickory Hill Road and charged with failure to wear a seat belt, careless driving, possession of an open alcohol beverage in a motor vehicle, and third-degree possession of a controlled substance — drug unspecified.

• Joshua D. McIntosh, 26, 1029 Pinoak Drive, was arrested Aug. 30 at 9958 S. Main St. and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

• Kenneth Moberly, 20, 325 Williams Road, was arrested Sept. 2 at South Main Street, Kroger, and charged with theft by unlawful taking — shoplifting.

• Robert C. Guy, 21, 1231 Bethel Road, was arrested Sept. 1 at 605 Elmwood Court and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

• Diane Fredereck, 44, 114 Stratton Ave., was arrested Sept. 3 at Bell Court and charged with public intoxication with a controlled substance — excluding alcohol.

• Katherine Carmichael, 19, 325 Rebel Road, was arrested Sept. 2 at the same address and charged with resisting arrest, second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, and second-degree disorderly conduct.

• Jessica D. Petrarca, 29, 265 East Langdon Road, Science Hill, was arrested Sept. 1 at Edgewood Drive and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

• Reggie D. Patton, 25, 3683 Appian Way, Lexington, was arrested Sept. 2 at Garnet Drive and charged with speeding 14 mph over the speed limit; receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle; and second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot.

• William Guarnierie, 25, 162 Garnet Drive, was arrested Sept. 2 at Staton Court and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Jennifer L. Lyons, 34, 2929 Edenburgh Road, Lexington, was arrested Sept. 1 at Lexington Road and charged with speeding 13 mph over the speed limit and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

• Jacob C. Carter, 26, 109 Shun Pike, was arrested Sept. 2 at North Main Street near Bristol Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle.

• Morgan A. Mullins, 19, of 105 Mesquite Lane, was arrested Sept. 5 at South Main Street and charged with speeding 17 mph over the speed limit; and operating a motor vehicle under the influence, under 21 years old.

• William C. Watson, 26, 381 Hartley Drive, was arrested Sept. 6 at 720 S. Main St. and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

• James L. Huntsinger, 44, 106 Eagle Nest Drive, was arrested Aug. 28 at the same address and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct.
