— David Glen Campbell, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, sentencing Nov. 15.
— Lee Ann Dow, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year in prison or three years with probation and drug court, sentencing Nov. 15.
— Robert Michael Gill, flagrant non-support, pleaded guilty, recommended two years, sentencing Nov. 15; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Samuel E. Jackson, first-degree burglary, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; second-degree burglary (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years concurrent; second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years consecutive plus restitution.
— Gregory L. Embs, trafficking in marijuana, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years; possession of drug paraphernalia, sentenced to 30 days, diverted for three years.
— Aaron Ferguson, attempted manufacturing methamphetamines, sentenced to eight years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.
— Antonio Hooten, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, sentenced to five years.
— Antonio Hooten, driving under the influence (fourth offense), sentenced to two years; driving on a DUI-suspended operator's license, sentenced to 21 days.
