I am employed at a business that faces Fourth Street in Danville. On almost a weekly basis now there is an accident in one little stretch of Fourth Street in front of our offices.   For out-of-towners, accidents are often cauysed because they aren't aware this is a one-way street. They realize their error either when they view numerous concoming vehicles in their lane, or they are hit by one as they try to enter that lane. For the locals, it seems to be inattentive driving, speed or a number of businesses in this small stretch with parking that requires customers to back out of parking spots straight into traffic.
