The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court May 28 with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding. - Bradley May pleaded guilty to failure to maintain insurance and was fined. No or expired registration plate and no operator's license were dismissed. - Joe Miles pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended operator's license and was sentenced to 21 days. He pleaded guilty to failure to produce insurance card and was fined. - Donald L. Norton pleaded guilty to alcohol intoxication and was sentenced to 30 days and ordered to attend Alcoholics Anonymous.

HARRODSBURG - Matthew C. Mills, 25, of Harrodsburg, is being held at the Boyle County Detention Center on several charges related to an attempt to steal a pizza from a Pharaoh's Pizza delivery person. When the delivery person arrived, Mills took delivery and told him to go around to the back door to be paid because of a mean dog. The delivery person waited for about 10 minutes at the door and then went back to the front door. Mills allegedly turned off the lights and refused to answer the door to pay for the pizza.

Lathery, 37, of 206 Fifth St., was arrested Aug. 14 at Speedway and charged with alcohol intoxication and possession of marijuana. â?

A Perryville man was arrested Tuesday night after a verbal confrontation ensued in a Danville neighborhood. About 9:30 p.m., Danville police responded to 232 Harding Street where residents had an unknown individual in their backyard.  According to a press release, a verbal altercation was prompted when residents confronted the man identified as Travis Dowell, 23, of Perryville. Dowell would not cooperate with police, the release stated, and a search revealed he was carrying a .25 caliber handgun in his back pocket.

Gonzalez, 25, was charged Thursday with resisting arrest and alcohol intoxication in a public place. - Wendy L. Vaughn, 34, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting. - Christopher Louis Winkler, 34, was charged Thursday with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. Reports - At 5:24 p.m. Thursday, a man reported that the license plate was stolen from his truck at 205 Alene Court.

Adams, 42, 124 Edwards Drive, was arrested April 26 on the Nicholasville Bypass and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. • Phillip W. Bruner, 61, 1643 Clear Creek Pike, was arrested April 27 on Wilmore Road and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs. • John House, 33, 107 Hawks Nest, Lancaster, was arrested April 26 at 2010 John Watts Road and charged with second-degree possession of a controlled substance and 21 counts of second-degree forgery.
