• Rafael Aaron Jacome, 27, 1341 Alexandria Drive A3, Lexington, was arrested Feb. 18 at U.S. 27 and Bradley Street and charged with first-degree driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol with aggravating circumstances, no operator's license and no insurance. • Sue A. Damron, 43, 3630 Norwood Road, was arrested Feb. 18 at Danville Road and South Main Street and charged with speeding 13 mph over the limit and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court June 8 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding. - Michael W. Caudill, third-degree criminal trespassing, pleaded guilty four days counting time served; first and second offense of alcohol intoxication in a public place, plead guilty, concurrent sentence; and possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty concurrent sentence, no contact. - Nathan L. Davis, second-degree disorderly conduct, pleaded guilty 45 days conditionally discharged two years, no driving; failure to wear seat belt, dismissed; first offense of driving on DUI-suspended license, pleaded guilty.

A jury found a Winchester man not guilty of second-degree assault last week in Clark Circuit Court, stemming from an incident last summer.Angel Gonzalez, 30, of 120-B Strode Station Circle was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication and second-degree assault after police were called to Cooter Brown's on Lexington Avenue on July 30 at about 1 p.m. According to the police report, witnesses at the scene told police that Gonzalez took out...

Barnes, no or expired registration plate, dismissed with proof shown. - Oliver Barnett, failure to wear seat belt, pleaded guilty, fined. - Billy W. Brooks, alcohol intoxication, dismissed with warning.

LIBERTY - Michael T. Gribbins, 33, of Lexington, was charged after he allegedly attempted to bribe a police officer, according to a police report. Gribbins was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place Saturday on Fair Street by Sgt. Joey Miller. The report said Gribbins tried to give money to Miller and asked him not to arrest him. Gribbins admitted to using cocaine, marijuana and drinking beer, according to the report.

Lexington Ave., was charged Tuesday with theft by deception (three counts). — Jason A. Litteral, 21, of 238 Old Muddy Creek Road, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication, resisting arrest and third-degree assault.

WINCHESTER POLICE Charged - Eric David Mason, 27, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and alcohol intoxication. WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS - On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one diabetic case, two respiratory cases and one overdose. CLARK COUNTY FIRE - At 6:31 a.m. today, firefighters assisted EMS¿personnel with a call on Old Ruckerville Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE CRIME REPORTED Cheryl L. Spivey, 23, reported at 4:32 p.m. Friday that a known male kicked her car on April Way at Wal-Mart. SUSPECTS CHARGED Robert J. Wolfenburger, 23, of Lexington was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication, theft by unlawful taking, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Charles R. Barger, 24, of Lexington was served a Fayette County warrant Friday for failure to appear.
