CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF Reported - An employee of Shell, 570 Van Meter Road, reported Nov. 30 at 1:26 p.m. that someone drove off without paying for gas. Accident - A vehicle driven by Corey Byrd, 62 Smith Lane in Frenchburg, was traveling west on Ky. 9000 on Nov. 30 at 5:25 p.m. when it veered right off the shoulder, struck a tree and ended on the opposite side of the guard rail. The driver said he fell asleep. Charged - Stacy L. Davis, 29, 223 Buffalo, was charged Monday with complicity to commit burglary.

Nicholasville Police reports â?¢ Ricky D. Welch, 48, 1020 Logana Road, was arrested Jan. 1 at Chestnut and Main streets, and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. â?¢ William A. Hager, 37, 111 Lindsay Drive, was arrested at Maple Grove Cemetery, and charged with alcohol intoxication. â?¢ Brandon L Pennington, 21, 601 Hillbrook Drive, was arrested Jan. 1 at U.S. 27, and charged with alcohol intoxication. â?¢ David C. Huff, 63, 201 5th St., was arrested Jan. 1 at that address, and charged with disarming a peace officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court June 17 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding. - Teresa Ann Raney, alcohol intoxication, dismissed; disorderly conduct, dismissed; fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 360 days, 359 days conditionally discharged for two years, fined. - Roger Lee Richardson, fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 90 days conditionally discharged for two years; third-degree criminal trespass, pleaded guilty, fined; possessing license while privileges are revoked, pleaded guilty, fined.

• Christopher Bain, 27, 307 Ridgewood Drive, was arrested Jan. 27 on Williams Road and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. • Plummer D. Burwell, 52, 108 Stratton Ave. No. 9, was arrested Jan. 31 at North Main Street and Stratton Avenue and charged with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO. • Jessica R. Bussell, 29, no address listed, was arrested Jan. 31 at Howard Johnson Hotel and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. • Kimberly Burkhart, 23, 112 Chestnut St., was arrested Jan. 31 at 500 Beauford Place and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and second-degree disorderly conduct.

WINCHESTER POLICE Crime Reported: - Martha C. Sipple of 457 S. Maple St. reported at 3 p.m. Friday that someone stole a $220 chainsaw from her garage. Traffic Accident: - A student reported at 5:51 p.m. Friday that someone hit her mother's car while it was parked in the parking lot of George Rogers Clark High School. Suspects Charged: - Tammy Fulton, 39, of Salt Lick, Ky., was charged Friday with possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

Romero, 29, 25 Freedom Road, Painesville, Ohio, was arrested April 13 on Tates Creek Road and charged with first-degree robbery, third-degree assault of a police officer and resisting arrest. • Robert Glenn Hafley, 54, 1011 Logana Pike, was arrested April 13 in the driveway at that address and charged with alcohol intoxication. • James D. Davis, 21, 2326 Mackey Pike, was arrested April 13 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault.
