WINCHESTER¿POLICE Charged - Cody C. Bradley, 20, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance. - Ruth A. Cline, 29, was charged Tuesday with theft by deception. - Jennifer Fugate, 25, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking. - Carroll R. McCormack, 44, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, alcohol intoxication and resisting arrest. - Bruce A. Powell, 44, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication and fugitive from another state.

• Nicole Thomas, 38, 540 Drake Lane, Wilmore, was arrested Oct. 25 at 1024 N. Main St., Walmart, and charged theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting and third-degree criminal trespassing. • Gerald W. Booker, 60, 404 Garden Park Drive, was arrested at Shun Pike and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drug/alcohol. • Billy Watts, 56, 3030 Lexington Road, Lot. 57, was arrested Oct. 22 and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.

The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Oct. 10 with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding. - Tony L. Ginter, theft by unlawful taking (two counts), preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury. - Frank Doyle Hurt, second-degree rape, waived to grand jury. - Kelly M. Jones, no or expired registration plate, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 120 days conditionally discharged; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, dismissed; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, 14 days concurrent; public intoxication, dismissed.
