The attendance at the Green River Pentecostal Church on Sunday morning was 312. The mission team who went to Africa arrived home safely. We were glad to have them back home. Bro. Eddie Whittemore preached to some African people and many accepted the Lord as their savior. On Father's Day, Bro. Rick recognized the eldest father of the church who was Bro. Cecil Peck; the father with the most children who was Bro. Tommy Tillett; the youngest father who was Bro. Jonathon Hall; and the father with the youngest child was Bro. Donathon Moore.

The attendance at the Green River Pentecostal Church on Sunday, April 13 was 320. There will be a baby shower this Saturday, April 19 at 2 p.m. at the church fellowship hall for Melissa Brown Schlafer. It's a boy and she is registered at Walmart and at Babies-R-Us. Angel Food pickup day is Saturday, April 26. The auction for the two mobile homes the church is selling is set for April 26. The time will be announced at a later date. Those who had family portraits made may pick up their pictures on Saturday, April 26. You should have received an appointment card the day the pictures were made.
