Dear Editor, On behalf of the families and staff of the Danville Preschool Program, I would like to extend our appreciation for the efforts of the fine ladies from the Centre College chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Several members took time out of their busy schedules during mid-term exams to attend our Reading Is Fundamental activities at Hogsett Elementary School last week. These young ladies assisted children and families in creating art projects, distributed snacks, talked with children as these youngsters selected books to keep, and gave each child a hand-painted RIF backpack.
