At the beginning of the day, no candidates had filed to run for the six Perryville City Council seats, but a total of 13 people turned in their paperwork by the deadline.  Incumbents Jennifer Bodner, Megan Shelby and Matthew Bottom did not file for re-election, but fellow council members Harold Jones, Brian Caldwell and Billy Matherly all will run in the fall.
