Grandparents are Jimmy and Sonya Fitch of Lowmansville, Ky., and Keith and Lorene Horn of Cedar Springs, Ga. CADEN JACE HUNTER Chrissy N. and James R. Hunter of Mount Sterling announce the birth of their son Caden Jace Hunter. He was born Oct. 10 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. Grandparents are James and Connie Hunter and Jerry Rose.

Spencerian College: Tenacious Lynn, 21, of Danville graduated May 8 from Spencerian College of Louisville during a ceremony in Frankfort. She successfully completed an associate degree in administrative medical assistant. She plans to pursue a career in pediatrics. Brian Glover, son of Dr. Michael and Cathy Glover of Danville, and Donna and Chenault Woodford of Mount Sterling, graduated May 9 from Pikeville School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Glover had the honor of hooding his son at graduation.

Ashlea Dean Hollon of Winchester departed this life on Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at the age of 23 years and 14 days. She was the daughter of Prentice and Becky Dunn Hollon. She was born in Lexington on Jan. 23, 1990. Ashlea graduated from Asbury College with a degree in Christian Ministry and was assistant coach for the girls' basketball team at the Lexington Christian Academy.  She is survived by her parents, Prentice and Becky Dunn Hollon of Winchester; one brother, Prentice Dean Hollon, II of Winchester; four uncles, Rick Dunn (Pam)

CHLOE ELIZABETH SPILLMAN Chloe Elizabeth Spillman was born to Triffany Spillman and Berkley Spillman on Jan. 25, 2013, at Clark Regional Medical Center. Chloe was welcomed home by grandparents Stan and Angie Spillman of Owingsville and Berkley Sr. and Anita Spillman of Owingsville. ANDREW HUNTER BAILEY Andrew Hunter Bailey was born to Sarah Elizabeth Brown and Andrew Justin Bailey on Jan. 22, 2013, at Clark Regional Medical Center. Andrew was welcomed home by grandparents Debbie Lynn and William Jeff Brown and Metrevia Bailey.

WINCHESTER¿POLICE Charged - Kristin Gladson, 28, was charged Tuesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended operator's license. - Amanda Lykins, 31, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking. Reports - At 12:18 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 2 Third St. after someone threw a bottle through the caller's window. - At 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1661 Bypass Road for a suspected shoplifter. Amanda Lykins was charged with theft by unlawful taking.

James “Arlis” Stidham, 84, of Morgan County, widower of Hazel Nickels Stidham, passed away Saturday at the Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation Center.   A native of Wolfe County, he was born Jan. 22, 1927, to the late George and Nettey Sally Stidham.   He was a retired farmer and member of the Pentecostal faith.   Survivors include his children and their spouses, Eddie (Elsie) Stidham of Mount Sterling, Elmer (Goldie) Stidham of Winchester, Ramona (James) Miller of Lancaster, Shirley (Larry)
