To the editor: How do you justify if a court system is being fair or not on divorce cases? My opinion is that you should compare similar cases and their outcomes. I have facts on three cases that have gone through the Lincoln County family court system, and how differently the outcomes have been. Case one: The husband worked and the wife worked part-time, the wife was told to quit working and she could get more money from the husband. The couple has two children, a two-year old and a three-year old. The husband was ordered to pay the house payment, car payment, all the utilities, car insurance, and child support.
