Feb. 11, 1986 Blustery winds, cold temperatures and a snow storm that dumped at least two inches of snow locally combined to close local schools, create traffic headaches and keep street and road crews busy Monday. The George Rogers Clark Lady Cardinals pushed their season record to two games over the .500 mark Saturday with a win over the Dorton Lady Wildcats.
