Montgomery, 23, Junction City, harboring a vicious animal, six days, credit for six days served; fourth-degree domestic assault, 30 days; second-degree unlawful imprisonment, 30 days, consecutively, credit for seven days served, remaining time probated two years.

WINCHESTER¿POLICE Charged - Emin F. Rapier, 51, of 856 Harkins Drive, was charged Tuesday with violation of an EPO/DVO. - Monica D. Spicer, 30, of 23 Holly Ave., was charged Tuesday with fraudulent use of a credit card. Reports - At 8:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a theft of medication. - ¿At 3:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 144 Holly Ave. concerning an assault. - At 4:56 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 45 S. Highland St. for an overdose.

Charged - Stephanie Dawn Moore, 29, of 767 Dogwood Lane, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking. Reports - At 7:08 a.m Monday, officers were called to 3400 Corporate Drive concerning a burglary and theft during the night. - At 7:53 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 4 Linden Ave. after someone punctured a gas tank on a vehicle during the night. - At 9:42 a.m. Monday, a person filed a report concerning an assault. - At 11:02 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 30 Oliver St. concerning the theft of a credit card.

Charged - Todd Lee, 26, of 103 Pintail Lane, was served warrants Saturday for fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by unlawful taking. - Christine L. Dickens, 31, of 233 Robert Court, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault. Report - At 3 p.m. Monday, Debbie Hoffman of 11 Heather Lane reported that someone took copper lines from an air conditioner at an apartment building. Accident - At 12:32 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Veterans Memorial Parkway in which Molly McQuire of 211 Moss Circle was crossing the road on Ecton Road and was struck by an oncoming vehicle, driven by Robert Colley of 310 Belmont Ave. McQuire's vehicle spun once and came to rest against the guardrail.

During the past year, I have made a series of mental notes about special interactions I've shared with the people of Winchester. JULY 10 1:22 a.m., caller from Locust Street residence wants an officer to check the area because her dog has been barking at the back door and there have been a lot of theft of air conditioners there lately; before officer arrived, the caller said a male came out of her back yard and headed up the street.
