Darius Miller's tour across Kentucky continues to be a huge success and the University of Kentucky senior continues to add new tour stops daily. “It has been amazing,” said Terrence Commodore, who is coordinating Miller's tour stops. “All the turnouts have been great. He stayed an extra hour in Pikeville to cover everybody in line, which is a good problem to have. People have been so thrilled to see him. One lady came up crying and shaking. “It has been fans of all ages, too. Adults, little kids, teenagers, men, women.

ATLANTA — If you were picking the most talented player on the Kentucky basketball team, it would have to be either Terrence Jones or Brandon Knight — both future NBA players. However, what about if you were picking Kentucky’s most valuable player? Would it be Knight or Jones? Or could it maybe be someone else like perhaps junior Darius Miller. Southeastern Conference TV analyst Joe Dean Jr. thinks it would be Miller, not either talented freshman, if he was naming a UK MVP. “I think Brandon Knight for my money is the most talented player.

Florida  coach  Billy Donovan  says it is “hard to answer” how  Kentucky  improved from the first time it beat his team in early February until it beat the Gators again 74-59 on the road Sunday. “I think the thing that has been the most impressive about them is they really have played well from start to finish,” Donovan said during the  Southeastern Conference  coaches teleconference Monday. “They haven't had games where they've been vulnerable, in my opinion.

LEXINGTON - Darius Miller walked off the floor with a smile on his face. It hasn’t always been that way for Miller this season, but he had 24 reasons to be happy while walking off the court Saturday after Kentucky’s 76-68 win over Florida. “It was a fun game, especially when we are playing well as team and playing well against a good team,” Miller said. “It was fun to be a part of.” Miller picked up right where he left off in his last performance at Rupp Arena eight days earlier, when he scored 22 points in the Wildcats’ rout of South Carolina.

He no longer plays for Kentucky, but former Wildcat Mark Krebs says one thing has not changed since he last played - senior Darius Miller still remains underrated. “I think he is very underrrated. Then again, his seasons have always been a lot of hype - and he's a great player - but there has been so much hype for him to follow through on and show everybody what I see in practice or what I see in all the pickup games,” Krebs said. And what has he seen from Miller? “This guy is so athletic, this guy is so controlled athletically.
