Buckland, receiving stolen property, preliminary hearing, no probable cause found, dismissed. - Cheri Christsopher, theft of a controlled substance, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury. - Amy L. Mark E. Gray, 34, committed the offense of abandonment of a minor when he left his 3-year-old daughter in a van in the parking lot of Speedway. He left the scene on foot when police approached to check the vehicle. The child was left asleep in the second row of the van with an intoxicated male in the passenger seat.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF Charged - Jerry Gilley, 63, of 103 Old Bottom Road, was served a summons Tuesday for theft by deception. - Ernest Lee Christopher Jr., 40, was served a summons Tuesday for theft by deception. WINCHESTER¿POLICE Charged - Adam D. Hall, 27, of Clay City, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking. Reports - At 1:27 p.m Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart for an investigation. Adam Hall of Clay City was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
