Charged — Debra A. Poole, 32, of Winchester, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception (six counts). — Joshua L. Moore, 28, of 56 Flanagan St., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception (30 counts). — Angela Banks, 30, of Paris, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and contempt of court. — Dwight Purcell, 45, of 355 Apple St., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and contempt of court. — Derek Fallen, 35, of 117 Ashland Ave., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and contempt of court.
