The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Feb. 1 with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding. - Daniel R. Bowlin, first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sodomy, waived to grand jury. - Victoria M. Buckland, receiving stolen property, preliminary hearing, no probable cause found, dismissed. - Cheri Christsopher, theft of a controlled substance, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury. - Amy L. Copsy, making false statement to receive benefits, waived to grand jury.

Charged -  Andre Larocque, 30, of 3 Sylvania Ave., was served a criminal summons for theft by deception Wednesday. -  Christopher Coleman, 34, of Richmond, was served a criminal summons for theft by deception Wednesday. Report -  At 9:24 a.m. Wednesday, an employee of S&G Sanitation reported that someone took three batteries from a garbage truck while it was parked at 273 Winn Ave.

The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Aug. 2 with Judge Charles Hardin presiding. -  Danielle J. Little, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, 30 days conditionally discharged. - Kara L. Martin, driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, 90 day license suspension, fined. - Jeffrey A. Shelton, reckless driving, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 90 day license suspension. - Brandon E. Bowman, reckless driving, dismissed; no operator's license, dismissed; driving under the influence, pleaded guilty, fined, 30 day license suspension.

Charged — Willie Lewis Hensley, 27, of 30 Shady Lane, was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree assault. —¿Henry Williams, 28, of 146 W. Lexington Ave. Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and criminal possession of a forged instrument. — Donna Wilson, 25, of 250 Oxford Drove. Apt. 64, was charged Wednesday with first-degree criminal trespass. Reports — At 8:42 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a trespassing complaint.
