Moore, 28, of 56 Flanagan St., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception (30 counts). — Angela Banks, 30, of Paris, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and contempt of court. — Dwight Purcell, 45, of 355 Apple St., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and contempt of court. — Derek Fallen, 35, of 117 Ashland Ave., was charged Wednesday with theft by deception and contempt of court.

Holder, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, pleaded guilty, 240 days, restitution. — Shannon Johnson, theft of services, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed, restitution paid. — Jennifer Neal, theft by failure to make required disposition of property, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed; contempt of court, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed.

Adkins, public intoxication, pleaded guilty, three days; third-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree assault, pleaded guilty, 180 days, 120 days conditionally discharged; second-degree fleeing or evading police, dismissed; resisting arrest, pleaded guilty, concurrent sentence. — Robert Campbell, first-degree assault, first-degree robbery, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.
