Puckett, speeding, pleaded guilty, fined. - Joey L. Shadd, federal safety regulation violation, dismissed. - Mitchell C. Smallwood, no trailer plate, dismissed. - Danel K. Stanton, speeding, pleaded guilty, fined. - Timothy S. Tillman, failure to wear seat belt, pleaded guilty, fined.

WINCHESTER POLICE Charged - Christopher Klemetson, 39, of 401 Noble King Court, was charged Wednesday with violating an emergency protective order/domestic violence order (EPO/DVO). - George Harris III, 29, of 548 Country Club Court, was charged Wednesday with terroristic threatening. - Diana Green, 34, of 134 Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with theft by failure to make required disposition of property. - Gina Howard, 35, of 533 Kiwi Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception.

The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Feb. 25 with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding: - Arlene Alexander, theft by deception under $300 (three counts), dismissed. - Shirley F. Barrett, theft by deception under $300, dismissed with court costs. - Amanda Callahan, theft by deception under $300,dismissed with court costs. - Shonda Centers, theft by deception under $300, pleaded guilty, sentenced. - Shonda Centers, theft by deception under $300, non-payment of fines, pleaded guilty, sentenced.
