WINCHESTER POLICE Charged - Christopher Klemetson, 39, of 401 Noble King Court, was charged Wednesday with violating an emergency protective order/domestic violence order (EPO/DVO). - George Harris III, 29, of 548 Country Club Court, was charged Wednesday with terroristic threatening. - Diana Green, 34, of 134 Central Ave., was charged Wednesday with theft by failure to make required disposition of property. - Gina Howard, 35, of 533 Kiwi Drive, was charged Wednesday with theft by deception.
