WINCHESTER¿FIRE-EMS - During the weekend, emergency personnel conducted eight local transfers and 11 out-of-town transfers. They also responded to 15 general medical calls, three motor vehicle accidents, five falls, four cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, three diabetic cases, one assault and two engine assists.
