It has been more than two years since a young girl lost four family members to a domestic dispute that turned deadly on a cold Friday night in December. Now her mother says she is being victimized by people stealing things from the property that was willed to her. Patricia "Patty" Franklin, 12, is in the fifth grade at Woodlawn Elementary School. When her grandfather, Robert L. Franklin, was shot and killed at home by his son and Patty's father, Timothy L. Franklin. Tim Franklin also killed his uncle and aunt in their nearby home before a state trooper shot and killed Tim Franklin when he refused to surrender.
