Boyle Circuit Judge Darren Peckler signed an order earlier this month giving 55 percent of about $100,000 in Anne Collier Martin's estate to The Presbyterian Church of Danville and 45 percent to the college in Tulsa, Okla., founded by the famous televangelist. Danville attorney Richard Campbell, executor of Martin's estate, asked for a ruling after a discrepancy was discovered in her will.
