The hits just keep on coming for Boyle County. The Rebels were doing just fine on offense before their spring break trip to Florida last week, they did pretty well during their stay in the Sunshine State and they have showed no signs of slowing down since returning home. They teed off on Garrard County in an 11-1 win Thursday, giving them 24 runs on 28 hits in two 45th District wins on consecutive days. “We’re all coming focused, ready to play,” pitcher Kody Ross said. “We’re rolling right now. Everybody’s hitting it and fielding it pretty good.” Boyle coach David Camic said he hoped the Rebels would retain their focus after a rainout forced them to play district games on consecutive days.
