Hustonville considers P&Z ordinance HUSTONVILLE - After several citizens complained to City Council about high weeds and dilapidated trailers beside their property, the council is looking at the possibility of creating planning and zoning law in city limits. The current city nuisance ordinance is the only zoning laws in place, vaguely stating that no thing or condition that offends decency or is offensive to the senses will be permitted in city limits. City laws regarding property maintenance also are vague, stating only that weeds and grass must be cut from August until the first frost.
