Human service groups to meet next Tuesday The Clark County Human Services Council will meet Feb. 17, at noon at Arby's in the meeting room in the back. Representatives of all human service agencies serving Clark County are invited to attend. Relay for Life meeting rescheduled for Feb. 19 The Relay for Life Kick-Off event scheduled for today has been canceled due to power outages.
