Post 46 helps hurricane victims Boyle Post 46, American Legion, is accepting clothing donations to send to hurricane victims and to replenish their supply available to the community. The organization recently sent 80 boxes of clothing to the Gulf Coast area. Two adults working on a controlled burn in Boyle County had to be taken to separate hospitals to be treated for severe burns Saturday night. It happened around 9 p.m. at a farm on Old Mitchellsburg Road in Parksville. Officials said the fire got out of control and severely burned the two adults. One was burned so badly, he had to be airlifted to UK Hospital. The other victim was taken to the hospital by ambulance. No names have been released. Information from WLEX Web site.
