STANFORD - Elizabeth Hill, on shock probation for stealing more than a quarter-million dollars from the Lincoln County Industrial Authority, will not return to prison despite her second, and seemingly final, warning from a circuit court judge to obey the conditions of her probation. Hill appeared in court Friday to again answer allegations of parole violations, namely having dinner with her children outside of Lincoln County. She was allowed to be out of the county only one hour before and after working at her husband's used car lot on Stanford Road in Boyle County.
