Ellis, 25, 3166 Webster Road, driving under the influence of intoxicants, $350, 30 days, to serve four days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year, license suspended 45 days; speeding 26 mph over limit, dismissed; no insurance, continued.

• Paul A. Cuzick, 42, 1935 Blasett Lane, was arrested Nov. 11 at Little Hickman Road and Brumfield Lane, and charged with public intoxication. • Thomas Michael Lunsford, 44, 6159 Old Harrodsburg Road, was arrested Nov. 12 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault. • Ronnie Lee Parker, 45, 41 Lucas Lane, was arrested Nov. 13 at that address and charged with public intoxication.

Charged - Cody R. Burgher, 20, of Clay City, was charged Wednesday with second-degree wanton endangerment. - Lillian S. Kemplin, 51, of 1138 Dale Drive Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and promoting contraband. Report -  At 9:36 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 16 Cook Ave. concerning an assault.

• Guardioalo Christian, 28, 126 Robroy, was arrested Feb. 12 at Kroger, 995 S. Main St., and charged with theft by unlawful taking - shoplifting. • Darlene Peters, 47, 105 1/2 Cottage St., was arrested Feb. 16 at that address and charged with fourth-degree assault. • Kenneth L. Amburgey, 66, 232 Williamsburg Drive, was arrested Feb. 17 at that address and charged with harassing communications and third-degree terroristic threatening. • Paul A. Schember, 66, 521 Pin Oak Drive, was arrested Feb. 11 at 211 Maple Lane and charged with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Tate, 34, 2023 McGee Lane No. 1, was arrested March 7 on South Main Street and charged with public intoxication with a controlled substance. • Ricardo Ramirez, 40, 624 Homestead Drive, was arrested March 12 at Lexington Road and North Main Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, no operator's/moped license, and failure to maintain required insurance.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF Report - On Feb. 1, Jamie Stamper of 2197 Thompson Station Road reported that someone entered her home during November 2012 and took a PlayStation 2 and an iPod. -  At 2:30 p.m. Monday, employees at Shell Mart, 570 Van Meter Road, reported that a someone presented two stolen checks from Hazard. Accident - At 12:44 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Bypass Road in which Mary Combs of 107 Sycamore St. was traveling north and ran a red light.
