WINCHESTER¿POLICE Charged - Sara McGuire, 29, of 511 N. Main St. Apt. 3, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct, alcohol intoxication and second-degree wanton endangerment. - Rebecka Townsend, 28, of 29 Buckner St. Apt. C, was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking, public intoxication, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reports - At 8:54 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 304 Carolina Ave. concerning a domestic disturbance.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF Report - At 2:05 p.m. Monday, the Clark County Circuit Clerk reported that someone gave the clerks office a counterfeit $10 bill. Charged - Tony D. Gross, 29, of 309 Hamilton St., was charged June 21 with contempt of court. - Susan Hall, 26, of 1050 Schollsville Road, was charged Friday with first-degree criminal trespassing, public intoxication and giving a false name. - Jason Litteral, 22, of 238 Old Muddy Creek Road, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.

• Justine T. Gonzalez, 19, 408 Imperial Pointe, was arrested June 17 at Dollar Tree on North Main Street and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. • Steven L. Howard, 55, 1219 Burgin Road, Harrodsburg, was arrested June 16 at Queensway Drive and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. • Adam Hager, 24, 235 Locust Heights, was arrested June 17 at 700 Beauford Place and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place. • Derek P. Wells, 23, 605 Elmwood Court, was arrested June 17 at the same address and charged with fourth-degree assault, domestic violence with minor injury.

Wendy Hunt, 46, 112 Wilderness Road, fourth-degree domestic assault, 35 days, credit for 10 days served, remaining time probated one year.
