STANFORD - About 12:30 p.m. Friday, Lincoln County Deputy Sheriff Don Gilliam responded to a call from Walmart regarding a small child left unattended in a vehicle. According to the sheriff's office, Gilliam determined from witnesses that an infant was locked inside the running vehicle and had been there about 30 minutes.
