The following case was resolved in Clark District Court Sept. 24 with Judge Earl-Ray Neal presiding. - Kathy A. Williams, reckless driving, failure to maintain insurance, driving under the influence (second offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia (second offense), third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, case sent to grand jury. The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Sept.

HARRODSBURG - Chris Gullett, 37, of Lexington Road reported the license plate was stolen from his vehicle at approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday while his car was parked outside his residence. The Kentucky registration plate reads 525-HAN. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Harrodsburg Police Department at (859) 734-3311. Officer Scott Elder is the investigating officer.

POLICE AND FIRE REPORTS WINCHESTER POLICE Charged - Jakki Frazier, 20, of 250 Oxford Drive, Apt. 17, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking under $300. Reports - At 4:29 p.m. Tuesday, Paul Barker of 480 Ritz Court reported that he was assaulted by a known male in the middle of the road. The case was referred to the county attorney. - At 9:36 p.m. Tuesday, Bobby Hall of 475 Ritz Court reported that he was struck in the mouth by a known male.

Jessamine County Sheriff reports â?¢ Shane Johnathan Pleasant, 34, of 3831 Belleau Wood Drive No. 34, Lexington, was arrested Aug. 12 on Bethany Road and Riney B. Way and charged with expired registration plate and reckless driving. â?¢ Angel M. Garcia, 40, of 1346 Village Drive C 15, Lexington, was arrested Aug. 6 on Clays Crossing and charged with criminal littering. â?¢ Israel Calvez, 31, of 206 Barbsdale Drive, Georgetown, was arrested Aug. 6 on Clays Crossing and charged with criminal littering.
