WINCHESTER POLICE Report - At 1: 41 p.m. Friday, employees at Kmart reported a shoplifting complaint. Tina Fields, 23 of Stanton, was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking. The property included clothes, mints and a temperature tester. CLARK COUNTY FIRE - Firefighters were called to a grass fire at 3525 Wades Mill Road at 6:18 p.m. Friday, but they were canceled shortly afterward.

WINCHESTER POLICE Charged - John Eric Butler, 25, no address given, was charged Friday with contempt of court. - Johnathan C. Ritchie, 26, of Stanton, was served with a warrant Friday. - Constance A. Smith, 38, of 56 Lincoln St., was served with a warrant Friday. Reports - At 7:49 a.m. Friday, a victim reported that someone stole a car jack from 145 Alabama St.
