The following cases were resolved in Clark District Court Aug. 22 with Judge Charles Hardin presiding. - Gertrude Winkler, theft by unlawful taking (two counts), pleaded guilty, 180 days conditionally discharged. -  Christie M. Blythe, flagrant non-support (two counts), waived to grand jury. - Robin D. Caudill, speeding, dismissed; no operator's license, pleaded guilty, eight days; theft of identity, amended to giving officer false name, pleaded guilty, 90 days, 82 days conditionally discharged.

• Tommy L. Morgan, 42, 1654 Old Stanford Road, Danville, was arrested May 12 at Walmart, 1024 N. Main St., and charged with theft by unlawful taking - shoplifting. • Lena L. Thompson, 41, 1654 Old Stanford Road, Danville, was arrested May 12 at Walmart, 1024 N. Main St., and charged with theft by unlawful taking - shoplifting. • Heather N. James, 24, 631 Beaumont Ave., Harrodsburg, was arrested May 11 at Kohl's, 150 Kohls Drive, and charged with theft by unlawful taking - shoplifting.

WINCHESTER POLICE Charged - Eric D. Blythe, 33, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree assault. - Joel Wesley Otis, 26, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking. - Matthew Edward Rucker, 30, was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property and theft by deception. - Travis W. Welch, 25, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful tkaing. He was also served a warrant. Reports - At 1:45 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart concerning a theft. Joel Wesley Otis was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

Charged - Karen Neal, 54, of 54 Hiawatha Trail, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and second-degree fleeing or evading police. Reports - At 4:10 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway concerning a theft. Officers arrested 54-year-old Karen Neal and a juvenile. Neal was charged with theft and fleeing or evading police. - At 7:45 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive concerning an assault.

Ryan Jr. presiding Kayla Elizabeth Burns, 22, 114 Williams Creek, third-degree terroristic threatening, 25 days, to serve two days, credit for time served, remaining time suspended one year.

LIBERTY - Casey County Sheriff Jerry Coffman is investigating the theft of two drills from a shop. Carl Monday, of 391 Possum Trot Road, told Coffman Monday that someone took the drills from his shop.
