WINCHESTER¿POLICE Charged - Ethan Berryman, 19, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana. - Kristin Caudill, 18, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, failure to wear a seat belt, driving under the influence and no operator's license. - Arsenio Conner, 25, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana. - Todd Lee, 26, was charged Friday with second-degree burglary. - Nathaniel B. Miller, 24, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving and license to be in possession.

WINCHESTER POLICE REPORTED - An employee of Clark County Adult Drug Court, 47 Main St., reported at 11 a.m. Thursday that a black IBM Thinkpad laptop worth $1,000 was stolen within the last two months - David D. CRAB ORCHARD - Lincoln County Fire Department found the burned remains of an unidentified man inside a car Sunday morning. Kentucky State Police said that Lincoln County Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on the side of Ky. 39 North in Crab Orchard before dawn Sunday. When the fire department arrived they discovered human remains inside the vehicle. Kentucky State Police said that the remains were that of an adult male, but that the identity of the victim and the exact cause of the fire were both unknown.

Charged - Dean R. Cameron, 24, of 224 Jackson St., was charged Saturday with public intoxication, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and second-degree promoting contraband. - James R. Lane, 41, of 2 Denny Ave., was charged Friday with fourth-degree assault. Reports - At 8:51 p.m. Friday, officers took a report after someone broke a mirror and a window on a vehicle. - At 9:24 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Oliver Street concerning a suspicious vehicle fire.
